This product is part of my daily routine and has helped keep me well through the pandemic and well beyond. My last cold/flu was in 2022 and I think this product has helped.

This is a nice blend of 9 healthy mushrooms and coffee. I just use it as an instant coffee with some additional milk to make it smooth. The powder is easy to get in water. It comes in a resealable ziplock bag that is very useful to keep from moisture. This blend is a great way to enjoy the delicious coffee and taking advantage of the benefits of mushroom on energy, immunity and focus. The caffeine is from Arabian coffee, the one I usually purchase. It is effectively neutralized the earthy tastes of some of the mushrooms.

I was expecting much more mushroom taste. While I can taste the mushrooms, I'd say coffee is the predominate taste/flavor. Having coffee as the predominate flavor is my preference. Wanting to get more mushrooms into my diet, this product is a good way to incorporate many mushrooms into my diet. The powder is very fine and easily mixed with some hot water. I added some raw honey paste and a little cinnamon and it tastes good. I used about 3grams(1.5 tsp) as I felt 2 grams was a little bit light for normal coffee color.

This is a good healthy morning beverage for those who want to cut back on the caffeine. The flavor is pleasant and rich without being too acidic. I'm not sure that it will really give me 45 servings, but it is at least healthy and convenient.
