We currently offer free shipping within the United States only. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, excluding processing time.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or PO Boxes.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

Neutralizer.com is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. If your product arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. Remember to retain both the damaged item and packaging materials for the claim process.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds or returns. Only full-priced items can be returned under our policy.

If your order contains a gift that is shipped directly to the recipient, they will receive a gift credit to assist with returns. A gift certificate will be sent via email once the returned gift item is received.
