Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Items with damaged seals or opened packaging are not eligible for return.

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
  • Personal care and health items
  • Gift cards
  • Magazines or newspapers

To complete your return, proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required.

Please note: Items should not be returned directly to the manufacturer. Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations (if applicable):

  • The item is not in its original condition or is missing parts not due to our error.
  • The return request is initiated after the 30-day return window but is approved as an exception.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider to confirm if the transaction is pending.
  2. Contact us if the issue persists, and we will assist you further.

Sale Items

Please note that items purchased on sale or at discounted prices are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@nutralizizer.com and provide your order details.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@nutralizizer.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
